Why is my
password not working?

CAPS-LOCK Correction. |

Your Password is case
sensitive. Be sure to keep this in mind when
entering your password that there is a great
difference between a passwod written like this
"password", this "PASSWORD"
and this "PassWord". |

Sign in with the correct id. |
|
Make sure that you are using
the correct ID when signing in to your account. Note
that if your email is
you2007@luxmail.com,
your Luxmail id is
you2007.
You do not need to write
your complete email address, you just have to write your
id. |

What if I
forgot my password?
|

Provide your
verification information and Reset your password
by using the
Forgot
your Password Wizard.
Make sure to provide the
correct verification information, ( the same
information which you entered while signing up
with Luxmail or when you last updated your account
) otherwise you will not be given a new password. |
